We strive to keep our inventory replenished as we sell items.  However while we work hard to keep our inventory up to date, it is possible that an item that you ordered my become out of stock.  In the rare case that this occurs we will contact you via email. 

Please be aware that items listed on our website is what we currently have in stock.  We do not keep additional stock other than what is shown in the drop down list of our website.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.  In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Shipping Information

For your convenience we offer a flat shipping rate of $6.00 for merchandise shipped within the United States.  Expedited or overnight shipping is available upon request for an additional charge.  Please contact the store at 636-294-9704 for more information.  At this time we do not ship Internationally. NOTE: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love and feel awesome in your new purchase.  If you find that you need a different size or are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase at  We will send you an authorization code for your return via email. You will have 14 days to return the item after you receive your authorization code.  Items returned after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted.  Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

We do not offer REFUNDS.  Returned merchandise will be accepted for exchange at or in-store credit. Exchanges will be handled based on inventory availability.

*A 10% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.  Store credit will be given for returns less shipping cost and restocking fee.

Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging with ALL tags attached.  Only items received in new condition will be accepted (other restrictions may apply). 

  • The Following item cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Items without the manufacturer tags
    • Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or not in pristine condition.
    • Panties or swim suit bottoms
    • Hosiery
    • Shape wear
    • Gift Certificates

Items that do not meet the return guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.  We recommend that you pack your return items with care and provide insurance and tracking.  Marie Angelique cannot be held responsible for merchandise lost in transit or damaged due to improper packaging.
